Stuart Thomas has a background in Human Resources gained from working for a range of blue-chip organisations such as Tesco, Mitsubishi and Northern Foods. Most notably Stuart was Human Resources Director for a FTSE-250 general insurance business, Homeserve Plc, which attained a place on The Sunday Times Best Company To Work For index, and improved its rank year-on-year over a three-year period.

Stuart specialises in working with organisations on developing employee engagement strategies in addition to creating effective internal communication initiatives. Recent examples include a project for a government-funded Innovation initiative; communication of corporate values to a group of peripatetic staff in the logistics sector and development of a corporate magazine for a multi-site business looking to communicate its culture change programme. Stuart has also featured in articles for publications such as Director, Human Resources and People Management.
