Twitter - a great introduction and examples

When I run seminar sessions on social media I'm often asked to explain what Twitter is and how it can be used by communicators. So I was delighted to stumble upon this excellent post from Copywrite Ink in the US - a great introduction together with lots of good examples of how it is currently being used by big brands and business communicators.
